Levenseat Staff Interview Series

Project Type: Corporate Video Production
Organisation: Levenseat Resource Management
Role: Content Creator & Video Producer
Software: Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects

Overview

As part of Levenseat’s digital communications strategy, I created a series of staff interview videos designed to introduce employees, explain specialist roles and provide greater insight into the people and processes behind the business.

The videos helped communicate technical operations in a more personal and engaging way, allowing staff to share their expertise while giving customers and stakeholders a better understanding of Levenseat’s work.

My Approach

Each interview was planned and produced from concept through to final delivery. I developed the interview questions, coordinated filming permissions, planned each shoot and conducted the interviews on location throughout Levenseat’s operational facilities.

Filming often took place in active industrial environments containing heavy machinery, processing equipment and vehicle movements. This required careful planning and collaboration with operational teams to ensure filming could be carried out safely while minimising disruption to day-to-day activities.

To create a more engaging viewing experience, each interview combined talking-head footage with relevant cutaway sequences, allowing the conversation to naturally transition into footage of the employee carrying out their role. Motion graphic lower thirds, animated titles and branded graphics were incorporated throughout the series to maintain a professional and consistent visual identity.

Despite working with a lightweight production setup consisting primarily of a Canon DSLR camera and tripod, the project demonstrates how effective planning, storytelling and editing can produce engaging corporate content using minimal equipment.

Filming took place within challenging industrial environments where weather conditions, background noise and operational activity were important considerations.
